The best way to improve the impact you have is to show up ready. Just being present means you are having an impact on others. What sort of impact do you want that to be? How will you achieve that consistently and sustainably?
As a triathlete, I know what it takes to prepare and plan for the highs and lows of a race. This includes developing a mindset and ensuring the energy needed for long race endurance and performance. Without this preparation and planning, we miss an opportunity to be really race ready. Similarly, putting an effort in to be impact ready will help us to be effective and make a difference in a consistent and stainable way.
